We have included below information about which data is collected, and how we process and use your data, but before we do so, we would like to explain the basis on which we do so:
- Where you sign up for any of our services, we process your data to perform our contract with you;
- If we have a legitimate interest in processing data, such as for direct marketing or online identifiers when you access our Website; or
- We will also process your data where you have provided us with consent to do so.
What Type of Information We Collect
Based on your interaction with us—whether you are simply browsing our Website or have registered for our Services and created an account—we may collect two types of information from you: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
1. Personally Identifiable Information
Personally Identifiable Information refers to data that can identify a specific End User. When you participate in certain activities on the Website—such as creating an account, ordering a product or service, submitting or posting content in discussion forums, filling out surveys, posting reviews, requesting information about our services, or applying for a job (collectively, “Identification Activities”)—we may ask you to provide certain personal information. Engaging in an Identification Activity is optional. However, if you choose to participate, we may request personal details such as your first and last name, photograph, mailing address (including PO Box code), email address, telephone number, date of birth, age, and your child’s name(s). When ordering products, we may also ask for your credit card number, expiration date, and authentication codes or related information. Some information is mandatory for specific activities, and if you do not provide it, you may not be able to participate in those activities.
We use Personally Identifiable Information to deliver products to you, enhance Website operations, improve marketing and promotional efforts, analyze Website usage, improve our product offerings, personalize your experience, and understand how our Users as a group utilize the services and resources on our Site. For example, if you email our customer service, we may use your comments and feedback to promote our services and may post your comments in our marketing materials or on our Website. Additionally, if you use our Website to send information or a product to another person, we may store your personal information and the recipient’s information. We may use the recipient’s contact information to allow them to view and accept your gift or access the information you sent. We may also use your Personally Identifiable Information to run promotions, contests, surveys, or other Site features and to send Users information they agreed to receive about topics of interest. Furthermore, we may use your email address to respond to inquiries, questions, and other requests. If a User opts into our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, and related product or service information. Users can unsubscribe from future emails by following the detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or by contacting us via our Site. Additionally, your Personally Identifiable Information may be used to troubleshoot issues, resolve disputes, perform administrative tasks, contact you, enforce our agreements (including our Website Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy), comply with applicable laws, and cooperate with law enforcement activities.
2. Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Non-Personally Identifiable Information refers to data that does not identify a specific End User. This information may include details such as the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the website you visited before arriving at our Website, the URL of the website you visited after leaving our Website, the type of browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address.
We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot issues, manage the Website, analyze trends, gather demographic information, comply with applicable laws, and cooperate with law enforcement activities.
3. Release of Personally Identifiable Information
We will not sell, trade, rent, or share your Personally Identifiable Information with other parties, except as outlined below:
We may share your information with Authorized Third Party Service Providers. These providers perform functions on our behalf, such as sending and distributing our administrative and promotional emails. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with these Service Providers to deliver packages, send emails, provide marketing assistance, offer search results and links, process credit card payments, operate the Website, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer service.
We may also disclose personal information if required by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes. Additionally, we may disclose personal information to law enforcement agencies, third-party rights owners, or others in the good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to: enforce our Terms or Privacy Policy; respond to claims that an advertisement, posting, or other content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our users or the general public.
4. Release of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
We may disclose or share Non-Personally Identifiable Information with Partners, Affiliates, and Advertisers. This includes sharing aggregated demographic information (which does not include any Personally Identifiable Information) with “Third Party Advertisers” or “Third Party Advertising Companies.”
We also use Third Party Service Providers to track and analyze Non-Personally Identifiable usage and volume statistical information from our Users to administer our Website and continually improve its quality. Additionally, we may publish this information for promotional purposes or as a representative audience for Advertisers. Please note that this data is not Personally Identifiable Information, but rather general summaries of our Users’ activities. Such data is collected on our behalf and is owned and used by us.
5. Updating Information
You have the ability to access and edit the Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us. You can update any of your Personally Identifiable Information by accessing your profile using your login and password. We request that you promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if there are any changes.
You are not legally required to provide us with any information. You can choose not to provide certain Personal Information; however, please note that this may prevent you from engaging in certain Services. For instance, if you are a Business Partner, we will not be able to grant you access to the Platform without the necessary information provided during the registration process. If we combine Personal Information with Non-Personal Information, the combined data will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it remains combined.
